Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for a number of the teamโs clients.
- Drive clientsโ financial planning strategies and portfolio management with a comprehensive approach inclusive of investments, cash flow, tax, estates, risk management and benefit plans.
- Review a clientโs current investments and objectives and provide a custom portfolio within the firmโs guidelines.
- Opportunity to specialize in a technical area including but not limited to:
- Investments: participate on the firmโs investment committee and cover a segment of the investment universe.
- Financial Planning: option to specialize in one area of financial planning serving as the firmโs internal subject matter expert.
- Business Development: Work cross-departmentally to drive business strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
- Either the CFPยฎ or CFA designation, or having passed the exam for the designation, is preferred
- Bachelorsโ degree from an accredited university
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Of the highest integrity
- Maintain a โclient-firstโ mentality
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $100,000 โ $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
